Excellent physiotherapist.

Getting tho on the phone to speak to actual person not good, usually went to answerphone and says leave msg,we will call you back, this not ideal as not always able to answer calls back.

I had no idea in advance what the appointment was really for or who I was seeing. I would have been better prepared if I did. In future I will telephone ahead of appointments. I had no idea that I could have a say in my treatment. My previous experiences have generally been.. " do as advised or take it or leave it" This appointment felt positive. My only concern was one point where I wanted to check understanding . ..I did not get a reply. I'm aware it is very easy to give a wrong impression where medical history is long and complicated. I should have asked my question again.

Communication could be clear before the appointment. I would prefer to have had guidelines of what information was needed from me. That way I would have written down bullets points of important information. // My assessor has drawn conclusions from many things I said. Without hearing what bits have been used to make those recommendations... I do not feel involved in my treatment plan....because I have not had the opportunity to clarify any misconceptions.

[name removed],really enforced the purpose taking good care in doing my exercises correctly and not over push as I was trying to do think it’s will get better quicker However also encourageing to take bad up my swimming and can do little exercises which would help strengthen and build. It is helping a bit however the swelling at times causes I have to rest But [name removed] good

I was so impressed with Liberty’s expertise and knowledge. He was so kind and caring and even contacted my GP to request pain killers for me. He also referred me for an MRI scan. I learned a lot from him and found him to be so inspirational.
